Thank you to all the staff for caring for my Mom & Dad. Mom was her for for 4 months and Dad has been here since December 2020. There are too many nice people working here to name everyone. I would like mention the young man Ryan for shaving Dad and being so helpful Dad’s IT, setting up his iPhone & wifi. Keep up the good work 👍

My sister Denise Beck was in Herondale for about 18months before she passed December 2020 .The love and care was outstanding .The support myself and my mother had was wonderful .They all became part of our family and caring thank them enough A wonderful home thank you again .

Sadly my mom was diagonised suddenly with terminal cancer last August (2016) . She had two weeks in hospital and two weeks in Kingfisher Nursing Home. My mom and also us as a family were treated with the upmost respect and dignity. This was the most traumatic time in our lives knowing that we were loosing our mom. I can't remember all the staffs names but Thankyou Debbie the manager, Dawn , Margaret, June, Radka, Laura and everyone else who watched over my mom. Very special people.
