C. W.Being unable to visit my sister for over 12 months due to Covid rules, I was very pleased with her outward appearance - hair and skin cared for - and brighter than I expected.
I feel that she was lucky to get a place at Robert Harvey House prior to Covid as had she remained living alone then I hate to think how she would be.
It is easy to complain but I feel credit should be given to all staff who are involved in the care for residents at this Home
P. E.My mother was looked after in Robert Harvey. I cannot fault the level of care that she was given during her 6 months at the care home. The level of attention she received plus the kindness provided by all the staff was exceptional. I am so grateful to them all for making her last few months so enjoyable. I was amazed to see the poor review that has been posted previously giving only one star and find it very strange indeed..............
Robert Harvey Care Home is worthy of a minimum of five stars!

L. F.My mother was in Robert Harvey for six months. She never wanted to go in a home, but here she was cared for by loving staff who went above their line of duty. The nurses were kind and helpful - and the kitchen staff and domestic staff made the place a home away from home. I always remember my mother saying that God sent her there, and made her happy; not long before she died.
K.I worked at Robert Harvey House for just over 4 years, I loved every moment of my experience has a staff and looking after all the lovely residents that I have met over the years...the atmosphere in the home is excellent, there are many different things organise throughout the day to keep all the residents occupied and happy. This is the first home I have ever came across that offer there resident animal therapy, which I think is excellent... the home is layed out with amazing facilities to facilitate residents from different cultures and backgrounds. From the food to celebrating different countries culture day to getting residents involved in activities outside the home to benefit their well-being and physical capacity. This is an amazing home and I would recommend the Home to anybody that is ever looking for a home for their love one, as I am certain they would not regret the care they would receive from the amazing team at Robert Harvey House.
