B. S.Facilities are just ok and carers are stars! However, there is always room for improvement. Nana stayed with Orchard's few months and we want to thank the staff for their kindness and compassion. I just wish you would hire more staff so everyone is well looked after.

At 91 she needed a lot of care and she was never left short , the food was excellent and she was encouraged to eat with everyone in the dining room as soon as she could walk with a frame , the staff showed so much patience
All staff are wonderful and cheerful with such a kind attitude, I will be forever grateful as she recovered enough to return to her home last week and is doing great

M. S.Some staff need to improve their attitude there should be a rule of no visitor being allowed to supply any resident with alcohol at any point
