H. M.Mum has lived at Blenheim for the last 18 months , The care she has been shown has been delivered to a very high standard and with great compassion. The standards haven`t faltered in the last difficult 9 months , if anything they have increased. They have managed to find time to reach out to relatives struggling with the imposed restrictions, whilst dealing with their own. Congratulations to all concerned, please keep up the hard work and stay safe
T. J.My grandmother sadly passed in Blenheim Care Home recently. She lived in there a few months. I contacted you before but wanted to send a further email. Your staff were brilliant right up to the end of her life. We are very grateful for their dedication and support during this time. Your staff were nothing less than amazing. My grandmother could be awkward, unreasonable, demanding and rude. That said, your staff never failed to do everything they could to care for her making her feel safe, cared for and supported. When she first moved in she just wanted to sleep all day and was refusing to eat or drink. Denise was brilliant throughout, not only supporting my grandmother but also all her family. Kaylee would approach us when we visited, excited to tell us that she had come up with an imaginative way to get my grandmother to eat even trying specially made smoothies or such things. Everyone was also helpful, cheerful and worked extremely hard for all your clients. Their hard work and dedication gave her some life back and made her as comfortable as possible. We just wanted to pass on our thanks and hope you will do this for us.

You and those caring for her could always steer her out of any 'grumps'. We were very impressed that K took time out to see her last week
