Branksome Heights is a lovely place with a real homely feel. I have worked at Branksome since it’s opening and have had a really positive experience during two different job roles. Starting in activities was an amazing avenue to start in elderly care and really opened my eyes to the possibilities of what can be achieved. The support I received from management for a role I had not previously done was outstanding. I was put on several courses to learn more and further my role at Branksome to ensure the best quality activities and events were available to all residence following a person centred approach. I now really enjoy my night care role and had amazing support from Kingsley to change roles after materninty which was a massive concern I had but was made so simple. I would highly recommend a career with Kingsley healthcare and Branksome is the place to be for your loved one.
