Being around our lovely residents is a honour and a pleasure, making their lives filled with fun and laughter everyday. We truly are Queensmount family.
L.As a a registered healthcare professional working in Social Care I am aware of what outstanding, person centred care looks like. My relative has consistently received this from the incredible team at Queensmount since becoming a resident over a year ago. All staff, regardless of role, are friendly and compassionate and take pride in what they do. They are exceptionally kind and supportive to us as a family, particularly if a visit doesn’t go as we had hoped. Any concerns or worries are listened to, taken seriously and dealt with promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend Queensmount both as a professional and as a relative.

G.Queensmount is a really great place to work , I have worked there for the past eleven years , the residents are truly amazing & the family of staff work so hard to keep the residents safe , happy & well looked after , plenty of in house & online training with exceptional support from management & staff , plenty of fun times are had with lots of staff participation, lots of staff benefits available.
Felt extremely safe through covid pandemic(and still do)plenty of ppe & always updated on covid guidelines.
