Seabourne House has supported my grandfather very well through his journey with Alzheimer's disease. As his needs have changed, the staff have adapted their approach in the best ways to ensure he gets the care he needs and throughout to remain as independent as possible. I visit Seabourne once a month and enjoy a lovely welcome from all the team as well as the residents. The atmosphere is joyful and the team always make the residents feel on top of the world, the new Top floor is just amazing, i could not believe the work they done, you can see they do their best for those who uses their services.

Warm & welcoming place to work I love my job. No two days are the same. When working I feel apart of a whole team rather than department. I love how things are moving forward & improving daily. My managers are supportive and listen to all concerns raised. I know that Rome wasn’t built in a day however with the support from them I feel we together can make a difference. Once probation is passed they encourage to complete NVQ’s and further learning.

Looked after my Nan until she died. The staff at the home were amazing, so attentive, always checking on us as much as my Nan. Would definitely recommend this home.
