The lovely people both here and in the Swansea Branch went out of their way to help when I wanted to but a 2-in-1 Rollator/Wheelchair. I went into the Swansea Branch and Christine listened to what I needed and checked to see if they had one, they did in Bridgend so she let Andrew in Bridgend know and he put one aside for me and when we got there I tried it out (He had actually put it together for me as well which was so helpful) we bought it there and then it has been fabulous! They both also let me try out a scooter even though I said I was not ready to buy one yet and just wanted to have a look. Absolutely fantastic service all round I'd give twice as many stars if I could!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and a range of mobility scooters there which you can try out both inside and outside in the large enclosed car park. There's some disability aids there too and if they don't have what you need in stock then they are very helpful at ordering it for you.

I went today to buy a walking aid, excellent service, not pushy listened to what i wanted and i tried it out and bought a tri walker which has changed my life so much.
