I started working for Right at Home back in October 2020. It is such a brilliant company to work for and it is one of the best decisions I’ve made. They’re are very supportive and understanding. Right at home has had a massive positive effect on my life and could not be more comfortable anywhere else. They welcome you in with open arms and smiles. I started working at Right at Home in March 2020 just before everything went crazy and we had our first lockdown. I had never worked in care before and worried if I’d be good enough at my role. I’ve had the most amazing support from everyone who works there, from Management to other care givers. I’ve never been in a job in the 22 years I’ve worked were I genuinely felt appreciated. They go the extra mile for us all and when we need support we only need to pop in the office or pick up the phone. They’ve encouraged and supported me to further my education to become better at my job and know more about my role and on the days I don’t think I can do it they remind me I can. Right at home are a first class organisation. I stared in October 2017. The I training I received has been excellent . The support is brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. I have grown in confidence and have acquired new skills. I would recommend RAH to anyone who wants to work in care,or who needs care for a loved one.

I started work for right at home in Bridgend back in December 16, I loved the job only needed more hours so I left for another company....big mistake! I worked for 3 other company’s since then and the “quality” of care I seen at right at home does not exist in other company’s, they are all about the money! Gabriella and the team are all about quality of care and that’s what you get, they are a pleasure to work for and not only care about their clients but look after their staff too, we are not just a number like other company’s, and will bend over backwards to help you, I’m so glad they had me back to work for them....the grass isn’t always greener!!
