Home & Company cared for my mum as her dementia progressed over a five-year period. It started as home help and companionship to keep her mentally stimulated and help around the house. In the period before she finally had to go into a care home, they helped her with most aspects of daily living. The ladies were always kind and caring, and helped me cope with the challenges of caring for my mum, as well as supporting her in such a wonderful way. I shall be forever grateful that Home & Company helped my mum stay in her home for as long as she did.

For about 8 days from noon till 2pm during April 2022, I had a carer. This was because I am unsteady on my feet and my wife was reluctant to join a daughter and grandchildren for a short holiday without someone checking on me daily. My carer was excellent, punctual and very friendly. She watered our plants, prepared my lunch and did whatever shopping I needed to have done. On leaving here she texted my wife daily to give a an update on my well-being. As a result my wife had a wonderful time on her holiday. My carer did an excellent job and as far as I am concerned is a credit to her employers, Home & Care Limited.

Home and Company has been a life saver for me. After 18 months of dealing with long covid, I was finally well enough to have some help around the house. I have a cleaner, gardeners and a 'companion' who helps me get about, as I still can't drive due to the effects of covid 19. Home and Company seem to be very good at attracting people to work for them, so they get the very best. All my helpers are thoughtful of my situation and are always cheerful company. And in more practical and monetary terms, great value.

I can't speak highly enough of home and company. The PA has changed mums life and given her the confidence to go out independently again after over 6 years of agoraphobia and mobility issues which has given me the freedom to live my life again and allowed us to reconnect as mother and daughter instead of just a carer relationship. When home and company came to visit us last May, Mum was too afraid to get public transport - she could not even get a taxi unaccompanied and I had to visit her at least once a week which was really affecting our relationship. Now she volunteers at a charity shop over half an hour's bus ride away and gets there independently. She loves going out each week and her weekly PA visits give her so much stimulation. Shes a different woman and she looks ten years younger!! The service that they provise isnt your typical 'carer' its a personalised support and is worth every penny, what youre paying for is piece of mind. There should be more services like this and i wish i had found them sooner!

Right from our first contact with Home and company we have been impressed by the kindness and level of professionalism from Loretta and the team. There was a real understanding of our aunt's needs, no pushiness, just a genuine desire to help and find the right carer. Communication was excellent with regular contact. The carer they found for us was Marianna, words aren't sufficient to say how wonderful she was. She enabled our aunt to die at home as she had wished, surrounded by kindness and loving support. Marianna was hugely knowledgeable and professional, we really couldn't have managed without her. We won't hesitate to use Home and Company again, they are worth all 5 stars we have given them!

From the very start it was obvious that their main priority was caring. My mother has been so well looked after and has in fact become firm friends with her carer who also keeps me informed on my mothers behalf as i live a long distance away. She now also uses the podiatrist through the company.. Safety has been excellent during Covid. Thank you Home & Co. for making life easy for mum.

Absolutely superb company who take the time to understand the requirements and know the client. They matched my father with the most perfect person. This Company provided home care services for my parents for a period of over four months from June 2018. We were most impressed with their efficiency on the one hand and their care for the client on the other. Four different staff attended my parents on different days or for cover in the case of holiday absence. All were extremely efficient, attentive to individual needs, ready to adapt to changing circumstances, and willing to go the extra mile. We would happily re-engage their services if the need were to arise again, and would recommend their Company to others with complete confidence.

Home and Company have been brilliant at providing increasing support for my elderly mother over the past three years, enabling her to stay happily and safely in her own home. Julie and Loretta took the time to get to know my mother personally and have the knack of matching up people perfectly. Their staff are endlessly compassionate and caring, supportive, positive and efficient and are always respectful of my mother's wishes. The two lovely ladies (hello Bella and Clare!) who visit my mother try to cover for each other's absences and if this isn't possible Home and Company will offer to find someone else to cover their visit. They keep in touch to let us know how my mother is and to let us know of any potential problems ..... we then work together to find the best solutions. They will chat, have coffee, do the shopping, provide meals, sort the laundry ... whatever is needed and with my mother if that is what she would like. I consider myself very lucky to have discovered Home and Company and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Home & Company have over the past 3 years helped an elderly relative (who is particularly resistant when it comes to accepting help!) with a range of services including hairdressing, gardening, chiropody and cleaning. Every member of the team is extremely caring and professional and they will always go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service. Home and company work with my mother who has advanced dementia they have stuck with mum through changes to residential care now to nursing care . Home and Company proved to be just the job and Dad now has a new trusted friend to help with his weekly shop and to take hime to the odd appointment for eye tests and the like. It enables him to continue enjoying his independent lifestyle and us the peace of mind that he has options should his needs become greater. My 91 year old mother with dementia and Alzheimer's has had two care workers for the last 18 months. Between them, they provide my mother with about 10+ hours of care a week. They have changed her life! She regards them as friends and is wholly dependent on them not just for basic chores ( cleaning the home; washing and ironing items; shopping; dealing with household maintenance issues; the GP, bank, etc) but also taking her out for lunch; walks; tea/coffee. They are utterly reliable and will arrange to cover for one another if one of them is unable to commit to their day shift. Where necessary, they communicate with me directly or via their office. I can't fault them. The Company also has access to a range of services, for example, hairdresser, chiropodist, plumber - all of whom are trustworthy and reliable.
