A delightful setting. Spent one night in the guest suite. Beautifully appointed, with everything you would need.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Thank you.

Lovely place to eat, especially the Sunday lunch!! all the staff are lovely and very welcoming. Relaxing atmosphere and beautiful grounds to go for a walk after your meal, there is a gorgeous guest suite available for nights to stay over. Very well managed and would definitely recommend.

Had afternoon tea here recently. Had a table outside, could hear cricket being played nearby which was lovely. The food it's self was very good and the staff were delightful. Will definitely visit again.

The restaurant is open to the public and although it might seem a little strange to visit a restaurant in a retirement village, it's actually quite swish, the food is fine from a short menu and it's bright and cheerful, so, why not?
The Gym is also open to non-resident membership and for gym members the restaurant is a natural draw. Try it. You'll probably enjoy both Gym and restaurant.

Very smart! Posh residential place for well- heeled older people. Smart and well kept, but then i'd expect this as its new and upmarket. I'm not keen on these exclusively-old type places, but I can't knock it for quality and if that's the sort of thing you want, then great! Our aunt loves it anyway. Lots of extras - all as smart as a 5 star hotel: pool, gym, restaurant. I do like the main 'street' feel, and the grounds are lovely.

We first visited the site of the Audley Redwood Village when it was in the very early stage of construction , we knew the site very well when it was the Ashton Court Country Club. We were not over impressed at that stage. Two years later we received an invitation to lunch in the Club House, at that stage Phase 1 of the village was completed, Phase 2 was within two months of completion .
This visit gave us the biggest surprise of our lives. We had scoured the counties of Somersetshire and Gloucestershire for the previous two and half years seeking a suitable Retirement Home , a depressing experience, a varying range of "Granny Ghettos " some very much better than others it is true to say, very much a Cottage Industry.
. We endeavored to establish satisfactory " Care in the Home" A very third rate experience indeed.
Hence our considerable surprise when we visited what was clearly a high quality Retirement Village and say without hesitation a " 5 Star Experience". The Audley company is one of a small number of companies that have brought professionalism to a cottage industry.
sector.
Our interest was immediately aroused and thanks to the assistance of an excellent Sales Team we chose an Apartment that was very attractive to us , planned any alterations or additions we wished to make
with the approval of Audley, making sure in the period before completion we sampled regularly the quality of the Food which is consistently very good indeed and what is more very reasonably priced, not forgetting the extensive ranges of facilities and activities provided for the residents .
We moved in Five months ago and our experience is exceeding our expectations and thanks to the quite excellent staff who contribute very much to the sociable and very friendly atmosphere of the Village the many new friends we have made here tell us of their happiness they feel with their move to the Audley Village.
The Audley policy is based upon The Quality Standard of the village being maIntained always.
Nothing is perfect in life of course if moaning is your thing and you try very hard I am sure you can find something to engage you .
