I have been working for Helping Hands since March 2018, and I love my job. The office Management team are so friendly and helpful, and really make you feel valued. The team of carers are all great, and they really show that they care for every single customer.

! This review is solely aimed at the HH Chipping Sodbury Branch and the teams working there. My experiences over the last 2 years of the Chipping Sodbury branch is that I have received great support and respect when needed for whatever reason. Working in the care industry is new and is an educational experience for me. Our office branch has such honest, professional, cheerful and patient people who look after and guide their carers. The office team works long exhausting hours to resolve issues. The branch has experienced many changes. They should be proud of what they have achieved to date, for example setting up a good work culture. One of the biggest quality is they deeply care about and focus on their customers. Was matched up with Suzanne to clean and change my bedding. She is Amazing and as I’m still getting used to having someone in my Home she has made this transition seamless. Hard Working and nothing is too much trouble.Unfortunately after a few weeks the day and times were continually changed. Yes I said flexible but this was frustrating and hanging around and then getting cancelled 30mins was too stressful so I have cancelled using this Company.

I have been working for helpinghands for just over 4 years now and still absolutely love my job😊 everyday is different with many fun things to do. The office staff Anne, coretta and carol are always so helpful and always there if we need them in any way at all, Anne is fantastic with hours to suit both carers and customers, I look forward to spending more years working for this company 😊
