Your Care started to visit and take care of my Nan a few months back and she cannot rave about them enough. Every time I visit my Nan she has nothing but good words to say about the women who visit. She’s had careers before who haven’t quite met her needs, but that is not the case with Your Care. She never wants to use anyone other than Your Care again. They are considerate, caring, professional, friendly, punctual and most importantly for my Nan, great company. They do all that she asks without hesitating. Claire and the team are also really great and easy to talk to over the phone as well. Highly recommended.

Fantastic company to work for, not only do they treat myself and fellow colleagues with the utmost respect but are also super generous to their staff. They allow me flexibility with my current out of work commitments and are completely understanding and approachable. Claire, Tina and Kerry are all lovely family orientated people who have built a successful business in which they are completely passionate about. Not only do they care for their colleagues but most of all their customers. Just one example of this are the recent videos they share to help others in need free of charge. I am so pleased I contacted Your Care to organise a carer to take my husband, who has dementia, out to social activities. Initially the support was to help while I recovered from surgery, however my husband looks forward to the outings with his carer so much, that I have decided to continue with them. The young man who supports my husband is amazing, very patient and understanding of his dementia, takes time to discuss where and what they will do , and mindful of how well my husband is each outing. The support from Tina and her staff has been excellent, from the first meeting to any subsequent queries I had, always available to help and explain.

A very caring and professional company to work for. Tina, Kerry and Claire all work towards providing the best care for their clients as well as looking after their staff . They are friendly and approachable and I have been very happy working for them over the past 18mths. There is great emphasis on matching the carer with the client which doesn't always happen with other care companies. I would highly recommend working for them.

Could not be happier!! Please, please, please do not listen to the bad reviews - some carers just can't handle the high care standards Tina and the team have and are bitter. I would not hesitate to let Your Care look after my grandparents/parents, they really do care about their clients and give such an amazing level of care. DO NOT MISS OUT ON WORKING FOR SOMEWHERE AMAZING!! I love my job, thank you Your Care for letting me part of such a great team.

Your Care started working with my son last December and having supported him myself for a number of years I expected some hiccups during the transition !! But there were none 😊😊. Raj and Francis who are both supporting my son are : Professional Friendly Kind Extremely helpful and nothing seems too much trouble. I can’t praise them and Your Care enough for making such a difference to mine and my sons life ....... My son really looks forward to their support and I can highly recommend the services provided.
