I have been with Helping Hands since January of this year and I can honestly say they have been the best 11 months of my career so far! The moment I stepped in to the Helping Hands Cardiff office for my interview I knew this would be a place that I could grow and develop. From the very beginning I have been blown away by the amount of support I have received from my management. Melony, Natasha & Amy have been there for me whenever I have needed them. I have never had a team that are so approachable and supportive. Helping Hands is the best care provider out there! We go above and beyond for our customers each and every day. We are a team at Helping Hands. The A Team!!

I joined Helping Hands in Cardiff in October 2017. I was a little worried that I may prove too old for this role! However to the contrary I was welcomed with open arms. I think I have found my ideal career. I just love working with our older customers, we have a lot in common in remembering how things used to be in the old days. I am never afraid to pick up the phone to ask for advice or guidance from the ladies in the office, they genuinely mean it when they say it's never too much trouble. I love the family values that drive the company and I know from first hand experience that all of us careers are really appreciated for the work we do. I think it's true to say this is the job that has given me a real sense of worth and satisfaction. I love it.

After working for Helping Hands Cardiff branch for 5 months . I’ve found the office staff to be polite and very professional. I feel that I have been fully supported when voicing any concerns. There is a very strong team spirit throughout the branch fondly known as the A Team for which I feel very privileged to be apart of. May we continue to grow from strength to strength . I worked with helping hands for 3 months and they have been amazing. Amy and Natasha have shown nothing but support and kindness to me. They are always there if there are issues and I've never worked for a company who shows so much support for their staff. I enjoy my job a lot and that's due to having amazing managers. They have listened to me and helped me with my work and can't tell them how I appreciate them. Plus all the staff have been very kind and welcoming. Helping hand is truly remarkable.
