Theodora Hopkins I have been working as a Caregiver for Home Instead Senior Care for five weeks now and have enjoyed being part of this company. I work with a group of people who all have the same goal towards making life a little easier, happier and more comfortable for the elderly. The recruitment team are able to detect the caring attributes of applicants that are most suited to this job and my fellow workers are all capable carers towards the clients and one another. The continuous training and mentoring with more experienced staff ensure we always work to our best capacity and provide us with more confidence to do so. Been working for this company for a couple of years as a CareGiver. I honestly couldn't recommend the company enough. Your not just a number (which is what I found in most of my other companies) you'r really valued and our clients are to. Each call is a Minimum an hour duration due to not believing half hour or less is enough company for our clients. Great team all around. Come and join the fun.
