R. M.Absolutely brilliant one member of staff Laura, she knew my mum as she cared for her. When my mum took a tumble in a street local to home on her mobility scooter she was wet cold bruised and scraped. I rang the agency and un be known to me my mum rang Laura as she was kind of talking but was lying on floor, Laura attended and stayed throughout she went above and beyond... She didn't have to do it but she did... And so thankful for amazing kind and compassionate carers our vulnerable need them.
