s. n.I have worked for crusader medical care for the past 10 years. I have progressed within company from a carer to a senior carer and I am now working as an Activities Therapist. Working with residents who exhibit challenging behaviour to enhance their quality of lives, to promote their independence and support their personal development is highly rewarding. In the past I used to move from one company to another but now I'm grounded and content until my retirement. Not only are the St Albans staff my colleagues but many have also become close, life long friends of mine too.

I work closely with all our Amazing Directors, Staff, Residents and Families connected to both St Alban's and our sister home St Saviour's.
