What can I say? The staff are fantastic, the care she received was second to none.
She felt safe and settled and we as her family, were very happy.

C. A.I have got to say that I have worked at Douglas court for a long time now and it is the best place to work myself and my colleagues feel supported, happy, and not at all over worked. We are all a big family and always find time to spend with the residents on a one to one basis.. all I can say is everyone of us at Douglas court care with dignity at all levels. and nothing is too much trouble. And our manager Dave is very passionate about the residents and Douglas court and it's nice to have a manager and deputy manager that really do care

The care team interact and know the residents individual characteristics. The Manager is approachable and acts in the best interests of the team and resident's. Activities are great and OOMPH is well received by the residents.
