A. C. W.Kiwi House is a brilliant place to work everyone is friendly and keen to help not only the residents but other members of staff. Management is always supportive, egar to teach their staff new skills and promote. Residents are always care for, treated with dignity and wishes are always met.
One of the best care homes I have ever worked in and is were I would want my loved ones to be.
P. F.Kiwi House is superb my aunt is so happy here it’s clean professional and all the staff from the Home Manger the carers, cleaners, activities, cooks are extremely caring. The place is truly amazing and must be seen to believe. I speak to a lot of the staff and residents on my visits and everyone is so positive and happy always smiling and this then spreads I do feel like we are part of the Kiwi family. Keep up the good work your all amazing and I take my hat off to you all well done you truly have got the BEST care home in derby

J. F.Kiwi House is a great place to live and work. They deliver a high standard of care, to residents and good customer services skills to visitors. Cleanliness is maintained throughout the home and all management are very approachable and friendly.
M. c.My gran is in Kiwi House due to constant falls at home during the day and night after a discussion with a social worker it was decided she would be better placed in a care home and Kiwi House was our first and only choice. Since my gran has been in the home she has had no falls during the day and night and she is a lady who would always be getting out of bed. The homes alarm system detects when my gran gets out of bed and due to her falls mainly being during the night and quite serious was important to us for her safety. My gran loves being in the home and enjoys everything on offer including a cup of tea and a chat when she wakes during the night. Kiwi staff are brilliant and have a lot of time for my gran and love her as much as her family do. With kiwi staff you are never alone and not only are they there for residents they are there for families to. Any worries my mum has the manager Dave deals with straight away and she enjoys a laugh and joke with him also. Staff always seem so happy which shows in all the residents. Your never alone at kiwi house 😘

The staff are amazing friendly, professional and yes CARING, working long hours to give peace of mind happiness and stability to those who need it. K. C.I wrote a positive review some time ago. My Nan was really well looked after with lots of care and attention. Good food, entertainment and cleanliness. We took part in the summer fayre to help raise funds for outtings. My mother bought a ornamental gift that's been placed by the fireplace in thanks for her care. However myself and family were disappointed that noone from the home came to the funeral after staff had asked when it was and said they would like to go. My mother and nan both worked in care homes all their lives and flowers and representation at a funeral was a must as a sign of respect. It is rather upsetting when you felt you had a repore with the staff a gesture of condolences such as flowers would not go amiss considering how much they charge.

R.Kiwi house is amazing with regards to facilities, cleanliness, staff, management, it always has a freindly welcoming buzz around my relative has only been there for 2 weeks and oh my they have really come out of them self’s if you want a carehome to live in then you will continue to live a fabulous life at Kiwi house
