D. H.My father had a couple of weeks Rehabilitation here. I found the staff excellent and my father said they were wonderful. Shelley on site Social Worker extremely helpful. Able to have telephone chats with my Dad too.
Was difficult visiting as still COVID concerns and window visiting. So cannot comment on interior. Last full day I was able to visit in the conservatory after negative lateral flow and wearing full PPE.
M. L.Wonderful care, very helpful staff who went over and beyond to ensure that my relative had everything she needed. Emma (Operations Manager) was especially attentive to our requests/needs. From experience, I have always found that it is best to speak to staff/management and allow them to address your concerns/issues directly rather than criticise online, as I found the team to be genuinely caring and hardworking.
