L. S.What can I say throughout our purchase we dealt with both Jack and Rachael who were both excellent in the the attention to details and assistance they gave us. Having been here just a month now we can’t praise all the staff members (too numerous to name individually) enough. They bend over backwards to assist where needed always in a kind, caring and sympathetic way no request is too great. I personally was sceptical at first being only 63 but this is the best move we could have made.

When the time is right I will certainly give Jack another call and give Richmond another visit.
K. T.My parents have experienced a fantastic retreat at Aston Richmond retirement village. Throughout the last three weeks we have received numerous phone calls telling us how well they have been looked after - from every team involved and how lovely ALL the staff are.
The catering manager seems to have gone out of his way with trips to Morrisons to accommodate a food allergy. They loved the spa, the support given and my Mum was made to feel especially pampered on her birthday.
J. B.My mother purchased a property at Richmond two years ago and I have to say the place is amazing. The staff are welcoming and my mum loves using the spa. Nothing is too much trouble and I hope mum has many more happy years there as she's made a lot of new friends via the activities that Richmond run.
R. G.I have worked at Richmond as an Interim Clinical Lead and I have fully enjoyed it. It was a nice experience and the most enjoyable about the place is how every resident is looked after. The service users are at the heart of the village and they are very well cared for.
Personally, I was fully supported to do my job and worked well with all the carers, nurse and the management team.
I am happily giving 5 star and I hope I will have the opportunity to go back there for work.
