We called out AllSecure Systems to Retford to investigate a problem with our home alarm which had been installed by builder 5 years ago. The engineer was excellent - polite, knowledgeable, and willing to give extra help and advice. Fully Covid aware and compliant. Exceeded my expectations - would recommend without hesitation.

AllSecure fitted some outdoor security lights for me today. They came on time, were great on advising me about the lights and positioning of them. They made sure all the cables were tidy around any brickwork so not unsightly and and made a really neat professional job. They had plenty of knowledge on CCTV when I asked and will be updating my existing CCTV with them soon. Really good team of lads. Would recommend to anyone needing similar work.

I read all the reviews here and thought they were great so decided to get Greg in for a quote for a new alarm system. He is very professional and gave us great advice on the best alarm setup to protect our home. We got him back in to do the job and it was great again, I can't fault him. Contacted him a few weeks later for help with some electrical work and he lined up some guys to come and do the work for us, well above and beyond the call of duty. Excellent, seamless service from start to finish! Greg visited to discuss our security needs and recommended an alarm system that fit our budget and requirements. He returned within two or three days after the initial discussion, and despite inclement weather (snow, hail, wind & rain!!), fit the security system within a few hours. 5 Star Service - very friendly - professional - We had accidentally cut throw our alarm cable only for the end of the cable to disappear under the floor boards. They quickly had the boards up and rejoined the existing cables and charged a very reasonable rate for the repair. Can't recommend highly enough.

Greg and his team from All Secure recently upgraded our CCTV system at the Club and installed new better quality camera’s after a recent break in at our premises. The new installed cameras have a far better quality picture to the old ones. The system can now be accessed remotely so the premises and employees can be monitored when out of office, which is an excellent added facility. We were very impressed with their work. Greg & Craig were very professional, reliable, and efficient. They attended at times when it was convenient to the Club. Allsecure were very competitive with prices compared to other firms we were quoted with. We were able to leave them unattended to carry out their work and trusted them to get on with the job. Greg offered great advice on how best to secure our premises to try prevent a future break in. With the positioning of cameras, use of stickers notifying the use of CCTV and how to operate the system etc. Would definitely recommend Allsecure, we were very pleased with their service and feel that our premises is a lot more safe and secure as a result of the work they carried out. We feel we are better equipped to deter crime & violence, collect & monitor evidence when needed, train & develop staff and help staff & customers feel safer with providing live surveillance to keep a check on things in the Club, especially in areas not visible from the bar areas.

Excellent service. Phoned Greg after neighbours had been burgled, we had a alarm from years ago, but antiquated. Greg came, had a look, we decided on a new system. We wanted to go away over Xmas, but he did agree to come and install on Xmas eve morning so we could still get away on the same day. Excellent service, excellent personality, takes the time to explain things. And to add, because one of the sensors did not work on installation, he swapped things around so we could still get away over Xmas, he then came back New Year's Eve to sort it. I recently moved into a new property and called Greg at Allsecure to come out and check the existing alarm system. The previous owner never left the code to set it & there was no manual or instructions. Greg soon had the alarm working. He fitted a new battery, talked me through the settings and re-set the code. I also had an issue with my two pet cats setting off the alarm while I was out. Greg came straight back out and re-positioned the sensors in the certain rooms the cats occupied and activated the pet safe setting. I’ve not had a problem since. I would certainly recommend Allsecure they provided an excellent, friendly and reliable service. Greg gave me great advice on how to secure my home and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied that everything was in order.

Very pleased with the work Greg and Craig completed at my home. They installed a wireless alarm that calls and texts me if my alarm is triggered. Other companies advised I couldn't have this feature as I don't have a telephone line, however Allsecure came up with a solution by using a GSM module that uses a SIM card. They also fitted me some LED outside down lights which turn on automatically when it gets dark. I am very pleased with all the work that has been carried out by them and I also must mention it was a pleasure to have them working at my home. I would certainly use them again on any future electrical or security work.
