S. H.I have worked here just over a year now, an I absolutely love it. Care coordinator Becky always available to hand with any problems. Nothing is put on your rota without asking first. Never had any problems with this firm. Everyone I have met through this firm has been lovely and welcoming. Wouldn’t change my job for the world fits around me and my family. Definitely would recommend this firm.

J. R.I've worked for Danum Homecare for 5 years. During this time I have done my NVQ 2 in Health and Social care and have almost completed my level 3.
Great team of carers and care coordinator Nikki is lovely, really friendly and helpful. PPE is always available. Rotas are always done in advance so we always know what we are doing and the job fits in brilliantly around my family life.
Wasn't sure if this career would be for me and now I cant see me doing anything else. A good company definitely makes doing this job easier. Ive met some lovely people along the way and made some life long friends.

The care coordinators Marie and nikki who I work along side off are fantastic they help you out when your in need and not everyday is the same. The lady's and gents who I look after are all fantastic and so appreciate they help and support I give them and the family's are so appreciated to good company to work for
M. B.Well I've now been working for the company for a little over a year and would just like you to know that I'm a happy member of staff. This is mostly to do with my co-ordinator Marie. Marie is always on hand to help no matter the circumstances. She is very supportive and is always available to listen no matter what the problem is. She is also always open to suggestions and it is reassuring as a carer to know that your line manager is out working along side of you. Marie is an asset to the team

E. H.Worked here for about 2 years now and the job has always worked perfectly around my childcare, I’ve never had any issues and the care coordinators are lovely and are always available to help. I do the job on foot and it’s all organised so the clients aren’t too far apart. All in all a great place to work.

Over the years I have watched Danum support staff with childcare and other support required
They are a very caring company and there is nowhere else I would rather be as this is not just a job to me but a way of life now!
I hope in the near future I will progress into a coordinator position, and I am working hard at the moment to make this happen. I have been supported to complete my level 3 Health and social care diploma which I have nearly completed
Once in a higher position I will strive to start my level 4 in management
About 2 years ago I was asked to support in a new area which I have loved being a part of, I also get to work closely with Linzi (manager) who regularly jumps on care to support her carers
I would recommend the company to anybody thinking of starting a career in homecare 😊
A.Danum Care have been providing care for our relative for the last few months. The things we really appreciated were the consistency - the same carers attended the sessions wherever possible, logging their findings which helped to keep us informed and, more importantly, ringing us immediately whenever they felt there were issues we should know about.
If they were ever late it was usually because there had been an issue at their last visit. There’s always room for improvement but in general I think the carers do an amazing job in very difficult circumstances.
A. M.The carers at Danum have looked after my father for a period of years. They have proved to be competent and caring. Their understanding of his needs is great. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. His memory is far from what it used to be but his eyes light up when they turn up.
They listen and talk to him like it is the first time they have listened to his stories.
