C. M.12 months ago due to an accident at home and a subsequent hospitalisation of our loved one upon discharge they became a resident at Ernelesthorp. We have nothing but praise for them and all there staff. We are frequently updated by them with regards to the care of our loved one and can not fault them on the care they give to all the residents. Even over the last 18 months or so through the pandemic when things have been full on for them nothing has ever been to much trouble when we contact them. We have a really good relationship with all the staff and management and would not hesitate in recommending Ernelesthorp to anyone.
