s. t.i have been working with this company now for 6 years as a care worker. I have sometimes found it a very challenging job but have to say I love it. A year ago I was given the opportunity of team leader in the area I work even though I was quite worried about takeing on this role I have had great support from the management and all staff in the office which has made me more confident in my role.this company has great opportunities for anyone who is a carer or would like to become one Nobody wants to go to work in reality but I have to say I love my job and have fantastic relationships with the people I work with

a. n.An excellent company to work for with amazing staff. Enable care services provides care for individuals in their own homes and builds up good relationships with each individual. The staff members on the road are friendly and ensure their job is done to the highest standard. The office staff are always there when you need them, they offer advice when needed and act in a professional and friendly manner, they also offer a competitive rate of pay. Through Enable care services I have gained my level 3 health & social care certificate, epilepsy training and working towards my level 5 certificate in management. Without Enable care services I would not have done this, they encouraged me throughout. Overall a very rewarding job.

Great bunch of girls in the office who are hard working and dedicated to their job. Can be very stressful at times but come together as a team to ensure all is covered.
N. M.A lot of Service Users I support through my own job and their housing needs have Carers from Enable Care. Some of them have calls four times a day for personal and some practical support . I have been told on a number occasions how wonderful staff are. How caring they are. I have met some of these girls while out on my own visit and they have a genuine caring nature. What I have witnessed is a real person centred approach . One example is a lady living in Co, Armagh who has no family living near. She told me last week the girls that come in to her she " simply could not do without" She sees no one else on a daily basics and looks forward to each visit.
I would also like to highlight the staff within the office. I have spoken to Connie a number of times. This may have been to arrange a meeting or a simple query but whatever it was nothing was too much bother , amazingly helpful, professional and very approachable.
