S. P.Having been working in care for 20 years I know a good service, and Trust-Care have been patient and understanding of my limited availability and always treated me with respect and support. I joined one of the big agencies as well and never taken a shift, all my agency work has been with Trust-Care since last year. I have worked in many different settings now and can apply to a service I know I like for a permanent position. I only know the Edinburgh team and they are good people. I would definitely recommend.
B. L.By far the best care company I have been with! They are so understanding and proper caring! Only been with them a few weeks and I’ve never felt more welcomed 😊 Weekly paid, which is a bonus! Clients are brilliant and so are all staff members! Work around all your commitments (ie- family, kids etc) Offer a various shifts and 24 on-call if you’re stuck! Wouldn’t work anywhere else 💛
L. L.Brilliant agency to work for! Everyone in the office works so well at continuously trying to make sure that staff are informed regarding shifts and training. Wonderful communication and they are always there to support staff. I highly recommend working for this agency! Happy, friendly and professional staff.

I couldn't narrow it down to one or two good points, or specify acutely the positives without not giving these guys enough credibility.
Honestly, working with Trust Care has been one of the best choices I made when first moving to Scotland.Working alongside this team has been fantastic.
Approach with staff is fantastic and the determination to assure staff have as many hours of work as possible; it is incredible.
I can't fault them, the team make you part of the family👌
K. R.Felt like I had to write a review as I’m a bit surprised at the negative comments below. I have worked with trust care several times and can say I have never had any issues! Any queries I have had have been answered in a timely manner and all the staff I have personally dealt with have been great. The one issue I did have was my own fault and trust care still sorted it out for me so definitely went over and above.
o. n.Great company, I was surprised how flexible you can work with trust and being able to work as flexible as I did this made it easy for me to work round childcare and other commitments I have. 10/10 do recommended if your looking to get into health and social care.
