I needn't have worried as all the staff are so lovely, supportive, kind and helpful from my co- workers to my Managers. I have to say how much I love my job and I am so grateful for the chance I was given
work for them. They are a wonderful company to work for and their standard of care is so wonderful to be part of.
T. L.Having started this job with no previous experience of care, it has been the best thing i have done. I was placed on a Bearsden run as i knew the area well. I built up my relationship with each one of my service users and ensured their needs were met. I received all the necessary training to quip me with the knowledge and skills i needed to be the best i could be at my job. I progressed to undertaking the Step into Leadership programme and with the support of my colleagues i completed the programme to become a Supervisor in my area. Great company to work for.

B. L.This company have been second to none in the care we have received for my mum who has dementia and is 90 years old. Previously we were upset and disappointed and at times very angry by the care we were receiving from another company put in place by east Dunbartonshire. We eventually got our own funding and changed suppliers to altogether care and I can honestly say since day one they have been a godsend. The staff are fantastic and we have had consistency with staff which is very important for my mum. They turn up on time and are friendly and efficient and nothing is a problem. They also are so kind to my dad who is 91 and include him in everything they are doing and have time for a chat with him also making sure he too is ok. The office staff keep you up to date with regular reviews and are happy to take calls and deal with any requests or problems. I have no problem recommending this company to anyone who has a loved one in need of home care they are friendly caring professional and a trustworthy team all of which is extremely important when dealing with vulnerable loved ones. Thank you to all the staff at altogether care Bearsden you have made our life so much easier and have given us peace of mind since we have engaged your services.
