I absolutely love my role with Home Instead. I started off as a caregiver with the company and felt the support and training I got was the best I had ever had with a care company it allowed me to go out and deliver a first class service to our clients confidently and with the skills and understanding required. I was given the opportunity to grow and develop within the company and again given first class support and guidance to develop into a team leader role. This has allowed for me to give back to our new recruits the support and guidance they require to become a first class care professional and also to ensure that the clients receive a quality service. The company itself is amazing really does feel like one team no matter what your role you very much feel included heard and listened too. I have been with HomeInstead 4 months and love working for them. The staff are so supportive, very professional and friendly. I can only work part time at present and the Care coordinators do a great job working around my availability. HomeInstead also have fantastic systems in place providing real time updates to carers to ensure that the needs of our clients are being met and therefore receiving the best and most appropriate care possible within their own home.
