Pacific Care is a fantastic company to work for. I worked for another company in the care industry previously and in comparison Pacific Care stands out as being incredibly professional and a company that actually cares about their employees. I've met a number of staff from each Care Home and everyone seems to be passionate in what they are doing and they all seem to be happy in their job. My Grandad has been in and out of numerous Care Homes and after visiting each of the Pacific Care Homes I would say that the quality being provided by Pacific Care is exceptional. A lot of thought and investment has gone into the design of the homes as well as the strategies employed to improve the lives of their residents.

I have worked with Pacific Care since December 2016, from the day I started until present it is evident to see that the residents are at the heart of everything. From junior staff to directors, all want the residents to have the best quality of life they can, in a clean and comfortable environment. I have worked with a larger care company for a number of years and I see the difference in working with a smaller family owned business. I see my long term future with Pacific Care.

I have worked with Pacific Care now for over 4 years, and the things that stand out most for me are the whole teams approach to first class care provision for our residents, and the support given by the senior team to staff. Everyone employed by the company strives to ensure that the residents expectations are exceeded, and that families are supported also in what can be a very difficult time. Staff are very much valued by the senior management team and are treated with the utmost professionalism. Having worked for larger care companies, I can honestly say that there is a marked difference in working for a smaller provider, and as such see my long term future with Pacific Care.
