W.Queensgate is a great home they showed care compassion and respect to my mum when she was a resident with then the staff are hard working and the cared for my mum wonderfully I would say it’s one of the best care home the staff like Emma and Kerry the manager were wonderful and took great care of both my mum and all our family I like to say a big thank you to you all
