J. R.I started this company in 2017, as a carer myself I wanted to be able to make a difference to peoples lives. After working for various agencies I really wanted to be able to provide clients and there families with the best care possible. The company has undergone some changes and over the last 6 months we have come on leaps and bounds. with a new management team and fabulous carers out in the community. Like any small business we had teething problems. however we believe we have solved these issues and look forward to moving on. Any reviews over 6 months would have been under a different management team. which has enabled us to learn lessons and turn the business around. We work very closely with the council and CQC.
A. C.They were the carers for my husband and he was very happy with the care he received. Then he got covid and they refused to come out to him. I did the right thing and told them to be prepared when they came in . The reply I got was we will not come out this was on a Sunday he was left with no care until Tuesday when another care provider was sent . He had a stroke and cannot even stand and was left in bed unable to move. To say I was extremely disappointed is putting it mildly they never even did the decent thing and phoned me. It is a shame because my husband really liked the carers they provided and got on with them really well.
