Called the home manager as I wished to inquire about placement, the home manager was very helpful explaining what the process was and also explained about the company values. I visited and saw two really good care staff that stood out Katie and Adrian , the nurse Geraldine was a bubbly nurse. After talking to the home manager thought my mother was not quite right for the level of care that the home could provide .however the home manager gave me details of there other homes so I can arrange to visit
First impression good it may not have the same type of decoration as the bigger companies however it did have the really good family feel
Well done to the home manager team

Well I got to say , two different experience when to discuss options for a relative of mine for rest but with view to being permanent place. First home visit was more like a hotel than a care home. Staff friendly enough however appeared very stressed
Second home I visited with with view was a different kettle of fish. New home manager even though she was busy she was welcoming nothing to much trouble. Gave me a brochure and showed me one of units. Staff were not stressed and home may not look like a hotel but it has the homely feel. The new home manager appears very passionate and shared some of her long term visions for the home. She explained she was off on annual leave however said please contact her on her return also she gave me the information about their other homes so it will slow me to make sure I get it right
I just want to say well done to the team as you all appeared to make it like home for the residents

Well I visited my uncle today
Loving how they are now Utilising the main lounge
It’s nice to see that there are new blinds in some of the areas couple of pictures on the walls and a bit more TLC would be greatly appreciated. The care staff appeared to be more focused on the care has always been that however it appears that the new management are recognising When staff have done something by presenting them with employer of the month
Activities that I saw was really nice seeing some of residents playing instruments
Nice to see new curtains etc home is starting to get lift it requires
Well done to team

Far better than my last visit
Staff smiling
New home manager even opens the front door
Overall I would now recommend home as past with the ex manager and deputy home manager felt they did not work together
Now when visit feel staff have a focus and management that cares

Love how much this feels a loving caring home in environment
Carers are really passionate about giving quality care
Well done
May not have the same feel as big care providers
However this does not effect the standards that the new whole team approach ,are striving for as their is a fusion of old members of staff with new members of staff and the skill mix is really good
Members of staff that have stood out on my visit pauline the nurse , along with Steve the nurse and del the carer and a young lady cannot remember her name so I do apologise she had a Africa accent

The improvement not only in the new management but staff moral is such an improvement
