Refreshing to see a business that’s so hands on & passionate about their clients and workers. Just finished my two day training with Ocala, and I already feel like a valued member rather than a number! Sam was very engaging and you could tell she was genuinely passionate about what’s she does and teaches! The training was so informative and I learnt things I did not know before! From applying via indeed to present it has been such a pleasurable experience. I’m so excited to start with a company with values that align with my own. I can’t wait to start my journey with Ocala.

After working for an actual company in support work for 3 years, I had worked alongside Ocala when covering shifts with agency. I needed something more flexible for when I go to university in September. Ocala were really supportive of my university and there is no pressure to pick up shifts if your unable to. Since joining Ocala I've gained that work life balance again and have been able to enjoy a lot more family time and also make time for my studying. There is a good flow of shifts offered each week and never the guilt if you say you can't do a shift. They are really supportive and 100% support their staff in every area possible.
