Always felt appreciated and they have always been open to inviting people to the office for a chat. Although I am now bank staff my thoughts of this company remain the same! Well done to everyone who works for Complete Care, you are all doing an amazing job!

I personally appreciate how when I'm struggling with things in my personal life they are always there for me and I only have to turn up at the office for a chat, a hug , a cry or for advice. As a Domiciliary home carer I can honestly say I love it so much, I mean Imagine getting paid for something you love and doesn't feel like work😊.
I've not once felt under appreciated, even this last 18 months when it's been a strain for all key workers. They will not be getting rid of me anytime soon haha, this is it until retirement whenever that maybe😉

few room for improvement but over all we it is 5 out of 5 ... kind manager ... good pay .... decent hours and above all there is always overtime if you wanted to earn bit more ..
