W. G.My Sister was in Oulton Manor for seven months.and the care was wonderful ,she was on Rockingham floor .The staff on that floor are great especially Nicola ,Martin ,Steph and Kelly ..They all paid a part in caring from my sister , there are too many to mention in this review .But from my Family we all want to say a big Thank You to evertbody....The place itself is wonderful ,no expense spared on the furnishings and fitting. The grounds are very well kept.The only thing I have to say ,is the food is not very good ,in fact some days its down right awful.Having complained many times re the food we found out the allowance per day per resident is under £3.The cleaning needs to be looked at ,we used to give the room a dust on many occasion and clean the bathroom properly. Its such a shame that the two thing I have mentioned can easily be put right ,this place would then be really magnificent.
