S. D.I am 74 years old with some mobility issues. SureCare stepped in at very short notice to assist with post-operative care. The manager, Alina went out of her way to accommodate my needs. She also spent time assessing my home situation and arranging my care with her most suitable care assistants. She introduced her staff personally. Nazira attended to me for most of the time and continuity was established. Saima assisted when Nazira was unavailable. Both ladies were delightful and helpful. They were happy to undertake any and all tasks that I requested and they performed them with vigour and thoroughness. I would certainly recommend their services.

V. D.I joined SureCare North Leeds last September. From the very beginning, I received so much support & guidance in what was a new role for me. The online training was in-depth & interesting & the one to one ‘shadowing’ with a very experienced Carer was invaluable. She not only showed me ‘the ropes’ but demonstrated just how rewarding the role can be with her hardworking but very caring & professional approach.
The Management team are very hands on & always there to support you when you need it.
Most importantly are the Service Users. A lot of effort is given to place you with a client that you can build up friendly, caring & trusting relationship with. I have been lucky to develop very strong bonds with my Service Users & family members, which is the most satisfying part of it all.

Working here I have felt very supported, it is a great place to work! There are a number of opportunities for development and support from management is consistent throughout. I couldn’t think of a better place to work!

A.I worked for Sure Care for over a year i throughly enjoyed working with the company and had to leave due to personal problems.The online training at the beginning very helpful prior to you going out on your first shift. Everyday was different..I worked with various clients and was able to learn different skills..The management team are very supportive and you are able to discuss with them any problems which may arise during the working day...there are various shift patterns so they maybe able to work around your needs

D. S.Where do I begin?! Simply amazing! The help that SureCare have provided to me and my family over the past three months, a time that has been very difficult for us hence the need for support, has been tremendous. From the director, their registered manager and their care team they have all been our back bone and shining light in some of our darkest times.
Their service is honest and delivered by passionate and caring staff who arrive with a smile every-time they visit. They listen before they act and their suggestions towards what might work best always represents their experience. Their friendly nature and positive energy is just what we needed and they have lifted what felt like the weight of the world of our shoulders.
Communication has been incredible. We know who is going to be coming before they arrive and we receive a telephone call if they're running behind schedule.
SureCare was recommended to us by a family friend after they provided a fantastic service to them. I am now recommending SureCare to others after witnessing the brilliant work they do. Thank You from us all.
A. M.I could not have asked for more from the team at SureCare. I approached them having received a brochure through the post. I wanted them to support my grandma with more domestic based duties to give her a break. Since signing up I have increased the time they spend with my grandma significantly due to the positive impact they have made.
It's a very thoughtful service delivered with care and most importantly a smile!
H. S.It is nice to read reviews that match our experience. We recently left our old provider for SureCare on the grounds that they were able to match a carer to our needs. My Dad if a fluent speaker of punjabi and SureCare have delivered by assigning a carer who speaks the same language.
The difference has been astonishing. Dad has gone from point blank refusing the carers to enter his room, to being welcoming and co-operating with the carer.
SureCare are the third provider we are trying and since May they have been consistent and helpful when it has come to seeing to dads needs.
