Mountview holds a special place in my heart, the residents are fabulous and the team is wonderful too. I have worked here as Front of House Manager just over 2 yrs, the first care home I've ever worked in. My background is hotels and Mountview feels and looks more like a Hotel than a residential care home. The Manager as well as management and the team from Head Office are always helpful and friendly nothing is to much trouble. The manager within the home, Stacie, is great to work alongside of to ensure residents and staff are happy. All the heads of department staff are great too there's a good balance of professionalism and we have a good giggle too. Its a happy home and we are all one big Mountview Family.

Just a review for a full time employee working at Mountview care home in Rothley Leicestershire .as a chef manager working here for over 2 years i can honesty say I've thoroughly enjoyed it i find the manager Stacie weaver to be so supportive and a inspiration to work with plus the team in generally. the care team are great fun to be around and are dedicated to there roles. Not to mention Laura Cotton the front of house manager who is supportive and always there for you. Highley recommend this care home to work at as I personally i do

I have started as a Senior at Mountview and have had a very warm welcome from all the staff and found the Managers to be very supportive. I see a bright future for myself in this beautiful organised luxury home. This has been the best career move I could have made and am very happy to be part of such a great team.

I can not speak highly enough of the kindness and professionalism shown to my Mum by Stacie and her team. From the initial enquiry and virtual tour I have experienced excellent communication and most important that caring mentality that reassures you your loved one is receiving the very best care. I can honestly say this place is defo a 5* star home well I say home more like a hotel with the furniture and Settings,The Care staff and Management are brilliant always there for a helping hand, Sue the Registered Manager is AMAZING always there to support her care staff and always there for a cup of tea with the residents... Beautifully clean and kept presentable and safe for ladies and gentleman who stay there and their families. A great caring place with wonderful activities for everyone all in all a great place to live and to work.
