Fantastic staff always willing to help and very welcoming. Northfield house is very clean, modern and always smelling nice. A very homely feel, with plenty of activities and a wide range of foods available.
Would highly recommend to all looking!

B.Northfield house has great care and respect dignity and independence very friendly staff who go above and beyond to take care of families and residents now and then u get relatives who expect one to one care and nothing is good enough for .them please remember it is a care home not a first class hotel reading a certain review on here makes me think of slander and a unjustified review.. I find if there’s anything I’m not happy about I can always talk to management who are very willing to help
