H. T.Thank you to Vishram Ghar Care Home for taking care of my Faibaa. She came to you guys after her hip operation and all odds were against her if she would be able to walk again. She was with you as a rest bit and the staff were amazing and by the time she left she was on her feet and being in her late 60's. We wanted to say thank you for everything you did for her and the staff, service was amazing!! THANK YOU to the management team!
S. H.My mum was here for about one months assessment paid for by the council. The buildings a little dated (like a 1970s school) and yes the doorbell doesn’t work, and the phone is slow to be answered. But the important points - VERY friendly and caring staff, quality meals (and my mum is normally fussy even in posh restaurants) and a willingness to use technology like alert mats more than made up for these shortcomings. Well done & thanks.

P. S.It is an Asian old people home. Well managed with good friendly staff who are dedicated and eager to help.Front door bell has not been working for some time now so small things like these ,if improved would make me go for 4 star ......
