Beautiful park, maintained to high standards. Besides regular buses coming to the park, a minibus owned by the residents takes small groups on weekly shopping trips and monthly outings. There are a number of clubs such as croquet, local history, reading, arts etc. It only lacks a communal room for meetings and indoor games, and better walking and cycling routes to have 5 stars.

I live here and it is like living on a country estate. It has a David Bellamy Gold Award for Conservation. Acres of open lawns, trees, shrubs, lakes, fountains, wildlife, beehives, forest walks, canal walks etc.. etc..
The people who live here are very friendly and all look out for each other.

We have lived at The Elms for 12 years and have loved every moment. It truly is an oasis of peace and calm. The Kinch family are devoted to the park and it's residents, and it shows in their dedication to the smooth running and care to the beautiful surroundings. We feel very lucky to live here, so come and join us! Many thanks to you all.

I have only be at The Elms for 3 weeks and my experience so far is that it is great living here. It is peaceful, quiet and the wildlife is lovely. The Elms is well maintained and the staff are very nice and helpful, if you have a problem they usually know the solution or will do their best to help if not. Right at the side of the Torksey Lock with the boats and swans sailing by. I would recommend living here to anyone.

We have been living at the Elms for two years come June, we came across this place just by chance and we are so glad we did. Having lived on a caravan touring parks for the ten years before that, as warden for the Caravan Club, we wondered as retirement loomed where would we live.
The Elms came to our attention and we decided to make the journey up to take a look, some say they knew within 10 minutes that this was for them, we don't think it took that long, we have loved it.
It is just perfect for us, we love the peace and quiet, our fantastic neighbors, and the great staff. We can go away and leave things in complete security. We are so happy living here and would recommend anyone to come and give us a look.

My wife Sue and I recently retired having spent the last 18 years in the tourism business working both abroad and in the UK. We were looking for a small bungalow in Lincoln area when a friend recommended The Elms. Well after one visit we were convinced The Elms was the ideal place to retire and our surprise were able to buy a lodge at an affordable price. Everyone living there are so friendly and it reminds me of my child hood years when you knew all your neighbours and they all looked out for each other.

nice place to live. Only negative for me having to pay site fee in one lump sum, in this day and age we should be able to spread the cost over the year same as Council Tax. Come on Stewart get this sorted and I will give you 5 stars.

Deciding to look at early retirement, I brought my partner Sharon to view The Elms, (having seen their promotional video on-line)
Within 10 minutes of being shown around the site, we knew this was the place for us and 4 months later our London properties were sold and we moved in to enjoy everything rural Lincolnshire has to offer for a complete change of lifestyle.
We can honestly say there were never any doubts that we were making the right choice, and now 3 years later, we love our life on The Elms more than ever.
