J. M.I'm giving a honest review as a agency worker. I've worked in many homes since age 16 I'm now 35. I can genuinely say hand on heart care standard here are unbelievable. Everything should be classed as unbelievable in care as should come natural but this in most care establishments. Here the residents are so relaxed and staff cater to them immediately. My initial feeling was a bingo hall where they're all gossiping and all at ease. Nothing is too much with staff. The managers which I've noticed 2 are very strict however no their staff have everything covered so don't need to roam floor. I found the fact managers allow staff to eat meals with residents very appealing as it made the situation of staff residents more family orientated. The residents in this home I find very able to adress a full conversation so therefore think anyone who is worried about their loved one adapting from home life to here would be easily adaptable. I've found here there is always plenty of staff where other places it's very short. I would live here myself.

P.My husband was admitted to Appleby Court in July this year suffering from vascular dementia and other complications very sadly he passed away at the end of September .My opinion of Appleby Court is one of care compassion gentleness I cannot fault them on any grounds . My husband was kept spotlessly clean. I count myself so very lucky that my husband got to spend his last days here My thanks and gratitude to all the wonderful staff A amazing place amazing staff and wonderful care .
