Alex and his team of carers have been doing a wonderful job in caring for my father in his home for the last six months. Dad’s care needs have changed during this time but Alex has managed to adapt to the care needs as required and has been able to respond at short notice when needed. Having had no experience of employing carers until earlier this year and hearing some negativity of care company's, I feel fortunate in choosing Care Confidence and can recommend them without hesitation.

Care Confidence have been looking after mum now since early April. Despite her frailty and bad fall mum was a bit reticent to allow any "strangers" into her home. The ladies from CC have now become an integral part of mums life. They are there everyday for an hour, cook lunch each day and then iron, make the bed, do mums hair or anything she needs. More than that they treat mum with respect and dignity, they talk to her as a friend and mum knows all about their families etc. At 87, mum will remain frail but thanks to all the staff at CC, carers and office team, mum now has a much more positive outlook as it is the companionship as much as the help they provide which has made mums life better

If I could more than 5 stars for the care my dad is receiving I would. Alex has tailored my dad's care package to include a late nightime call which is what I was struggling to find.this company fit around the client and give the most amazing professional care.i now have peace of mind knowing my dad is getting so well looked after when I'm not there.i have so much confidence in alex and would recommend to anyone to use this company above all other care company's.
