Love working with cavalry, been with them a year and only had a few weeks where 2/3 shifts are available. However you can travel out your area and try and pick up extras. Claire and Colin are fab and get to meeting lots of new people and residents alike. Can't ever see me wanting to leave

Absolutely love working at Cavalry healthcare, the support I receive is fantastic from the Southport office staff Kate&Gemma and on call staff Dani,Hina&Kat. They always reassure me when I need it. Nothing is ever to much trouble. They ALL make you feel very respected and valuable this goes a long way. Cannot begin to explain my appreciation, my thanks, and love for Cavalry. This agency is absolutely brilliant and I am so honoured to work for this small but ever growing company. It is one big family and I feel like this is my home. I don't regret anything other than not applying or hearing of Cavalry sooner. Never change Professionally they are top standard always willing to go above and beyond and do absolutely anything to help you anytime day or night. Communication and understanding is key in an agency and that is exactly what they do. Always been in the loop with shifts, new clients, updates to payroll etc. If I didn't get an email one day I would think something is wrong. Personally everyone are such strong unique characters. Can have a laugh and a joke but also just have a chat with them. Amazing people in an amazing company. One of a kind. Claire and Colin in the Manchester Branch have been absolutely superb, supporting me when I was homeless, when i was at my lowest in my life, supporting me through a scary health battle. They never gave up on me even when i wanted to and did everything above and beyond to help. I felt so terrible for letting the team down again and again but they reassured me and I never gave up. You guys are a credit to Cavalry a real assest and you demonstrate what care and support is about even outside a clinical setting. You have believed in me when no one else did and you guys have saved my life. Nothing was ever an issue and you were always there if I needed it. I wouldnt be here around to write this if it wasnt for you both. When I have been in the office crying as I have had no where to go you have both been my left and right arms to help pick me up. I owe you my life. I never thought I would be here for the end of 2022, now I am. I never want to let Cavalry and this company go. You are the best management team I have ever worked with and it is a honour to work with you and be apart of it. Cavalry you have made such a inpact in my life and i know you will be able to do the same for others in the future including clients. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I signed up with the Agency side Cavalry as a Healthcare Assistant in June and I cannot recommend them enough. It's like a big family, that I am proud to be part of. Everyone is friendly and always ask how you are. Training is excellent with a dedicated suite and facilities. I have now been working with the Complex Care Team for a few months as a Support Worker and I am absolutely loving it. I feel well supported and appreciated. Any issues are dealt with swiftly and it's a pleasure to be part of the Cavalry Complex Care family. If you are looking for a flexible and supported role in Health care then look no further, you won't regret it.

Never had a problem Reuther cavalry and would always recommend other nursing homes to use cavalry. Working in social care can be hard and discouraging for staff. Not with this agency. I’ve never felt more appreciated and looked after than when I was working with Cavalry. Everybody you speak to is so nice and accommodating. You feel like you’re more than just a number and they really care about you. I have another full time job in the NHS and even despite that I still work a few shifts a month with Cavalry because I like them so much. All staff are Always friendly, always helpful. Rory the CEO isn’t some big figure sitting far away on a pedestal but “one of us”. You feel like you can always get in touch and share any concerns you have - and if you do Rory and his team of amazing staff do absolutely everything in their power to help alleviate these concerns / solve your problem. The pay is great, interview process super straightforward, training is great too. Can not recommend this agency enough and I’m proud to say I’m part of the cavalry family :)

I have worked for Cavalry since the beginning and seen how amazing a company we have developed into . We have a fantastic team of Nurses , Carers, Office Staff who go above and beyond to provide care like no other agency has been able to replicate. Our frontline staff have been truly inspirational caring for everyone in these horrible Covid times. I was upset to see the 1 star reviews from 2 people that are not even on our books - how malicious. Our staff do not deserve that and whoever posted those in these particular trying times should be ashamed.
