M. N.My family and I were very concerned and afraid to place my dad in another care home after the abuse , starvation and neglect he received in Mersey Park Private Bupa care home. But we lucky enough to find this beautiful care home where the amazing staff gave my day the best care till he took his last breath last night. I especially want to thank Sheila, Stephan, Nikki for being so caring and compassionate towards my dad and our family. We will never forget all of your kindness. We are truly grateful.
C. R.This was the first time I had to put my mum into respite for 10 days. She was naturally apprehensive as was I, after checking several I decided Christopher grange was the best. While she was there the care she received was excellent. (other homes need to come and see how it should be done). The food was wonderful served by caring staff, the medicines were given properly by excellent nursing staff. The cleanliness of the whole place is superb, as I know how difficult it can be to care for people with dementia or physical problems it is marvelous and all done with a smile, special thanks to Linda, and I think the name Is Claire dispenses tea and biscuits and hugs in equal measure. While there my mum had her hair done, she also engaged in some singing. Recommend to anyone, well done
