We recently placed our mum at one of future living care in Liverpool. Our mum had previously been in another facility that was far less than acceptable. When we found Future living care we felt like it was an answer to prayer and feel so fortunate and thankful to have discovered it. Not only is it in a beautiful, safe neighborhood, but our mum is receiving top notch care at home Liverpool. The caregivers go above and beyond. It’s clean, well-managed and safe/secure. Nurses made our mum feel right at home immediately. The home is spotless, delicious meals and in very “home like” setting. The staff is accessible, responsive, caring, responsible and always receptive to all questions or concerns that we may have. We highly recommend this wonderful care home to others. I would say future living care is best care homes in Liverpool My MUM has been a resident at FUTURE LIVING Care Home for over 2 years now and from day one I have been extremely pleased with how she is looked after there. She now has advanced dementia but the way that the staff handle her is wonderful. She is included in day to day activities and I feel that she is still made to feel valued despite her limitations. Visiting has been handled well with safety of residents and staff a key priority during covid lockdown but it is now good that we can again visit our loved ones. All in all it is a wonderful place for mum to spend her twilight years. Thank you to all who make it so nice.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about mine and my families experience with FUTURE LIVING Care Home. My dear Uncle was with them for 18 months and I can’t thank them enough for the love and support they showed him. He sadly became unwell, but I genuinely feel that we would have lost him far sooner had he not have gone in the home. I have to say a special thank you to Maria for the love and compassion she showed him and my family. She is a true asset to the home and has always gone above our expectations. My uncle was particularly fond of her and they shared a lovely bond. I would also like to thank the carers on Ground Floor that looked after him so well and created many special memories. We have wonderful memories of him in the home and we are just so grateful he was somewhere loving and safe through this horrid lockdown. Future Living Care supported my Mother to be cared for at home and recently to pass away at home. Staff provided excellent care, including intimate personal care and showed respect, empathy and compassion. In particular Danielle and Pauline were excellent at ensuring mum was aware of each action and stage of each task, as mum had poor hearing, was registered blind and suffered with increasing pain as bnearing end of life. I would thoroughly recommend this agency.
