N. Z.It's one of the posh care home, a d they have absolutely good and very kind hearted staff.
L. P.A visit before making the move. A beautiful home. Genuine and friendly staff. The residents all looked happy, comfortable and had things to occupy them. Clean and very beautifully presented. Really put our minds at ease about a difficult decision. The staff honestly really care about their residents.

K.Such a lovely ,warm and caring home .staff are always friendly,and happy they always go above and beyond to make sure residents are cared for ..All the residents always look clean ,content and happy .The manager is so welcoming and always approachable she genuinely cares for all the welfare of her residents and staff.so glad I chose prince Alfred for my mother in law.

C.It's a lovely place and the staff are wonderful, the visitors pod is not to good tho, it's not really easily wheelchair friendly plus the residents have to leave the main building to access it and the day we visited it was raining heavily and very cold. But these are strange times and were not complaining as it was wonderful for my wife to see her brother after 15 long months.

B. M.I feel so much for the staff they are so good and the residents as one is my mum. I feel there isnt enough staff around especially of a night and weekend. I dont blame the staff its the providers.
