I currently work at Barchester - Queen's Court Care Home as a Music Therapist. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and management working at this residence and find it is a joy to work there.
The activities on offer include book clubs, musical improvisation, individual music therapy, group games and many more. The food is very good and the residents all seem to have smiles on their faces.
This is a special, lively and clean place that I recommend.

I always have a homely feeling when I am in there.
Staff are caring and you can feel the warmth and compassion in their actions. Competent nursing staff, too.

I work for Home Instead Wimbledon and Kingston, I visit one of my clients here three times a week and from the time I arrive to when I leave, the staff there can not be more helpful, they alway greet me me a smile and such lovely humour.
Should I need any questions answered or If I have any requests they are always so helpful.
They are very much on the ball as far as Covid is concerned, I personally do mine test before I arrived and show them the text from NHS, but for anyone visiting they will supply you a RFT to carry out and provided a negative result is confirmed, they will then give you the appropriate PPE so as your visit is as safe as possible.

I am a London taxi driver and I’m familiar with Queens Court Care Home as I have taken many of their residents to hospital appointments, trips out etc over the past 12 years or so.
I find this establishment absolutely first class and would sleep well at night if any of my elderly relatives were residents that were cared for there.
The home is always immaculate in presentation
and feels absolutely 5star in every way .
The staff are amazing managed by Sharon who is professional to the core ,fair and understanding in any situation.
The care staff are all well mannered friendly and accommodating to residents, visitors and the like.
Last but not least, I’d like to mention Laura the front of house genius who greets everyone politely with a warm friendly smile and excels herself in every duty.
Well done to every member of the team it is an absolute pleasure to go there on occasion.

Am giving it three stars because of its cleanest. It's one of the cleanest homes I have been to but staffing levels needs to be checked ASAP.
Maximum of two staff on each floor. How can 2 people look after 17 residents. It was an eye opener

Great staff, great residents and very friendly. Visitors are awesome and so are the relatives of our residents. All staff give care their best each day and at all times. Best team to work with.

Sharon and her team, namely Abigail and Ivan, couldn't be more helpful and friendly if they tried. I recommend this lovely home.

As a clinical seating specialist, I visit multiple care homes weekly but this one stood out the most. From the Manager to receptionist to the nurses and carers, I witnessed top class care in a very clean and well presented enviroment. Kudos to a great team. If anyone I knew needed a home, Queens Court would be my first recommendation.

I visited the home in a professional capacity as a nurse specialist, I have previously worked in both managerial and clinical roles, including some time spent working within the care home environment. I was so impressed with Queens Court, the home is beautifully designed/furnished, the staff are; friendly, knowledgeable and clearly very caring, the residents are obviously well cared for. I am so impressed. This is care done right!

My mother is so happy and settled at Queens Court and she has embraced all the wonderful activities on offer. The General Manager is exemplary and all the staff are extremely caring and compassionate. The home is very clean and the food is excellent. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming. Queens Court was recommended to me and it has certainly lived up to expectations. I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful place for my mother to live following the death of my father. I would recommend the home without hesitation or reservation.

A warm welcome awaits anyone who comes into this care home. It has a relaxed atmosphere, comfortable surroundings, high quality food in the restaurant, made from scratch and wine served as desired.
The manager is highly experienced, approachable and open to new ideas to improve the service. The care is team-focused, many of the staff having worked in the home for some time. Many activities include weekly music performance and workshop, seated Tai Chi and a fortnightly conversation group. Residents go out for tea during term time to a local private school, which everyone seems to enjoy. Recommended.

This care home is warm, welcoming and wholly lovely. The great thing about it, it doesn’t smell like a care home, instead there are fresh flowers everywhere with beautiful public spaces and sitting rooms. Interesting a quick glance at the menu revealed a very appetising selection. What a pity I’m far too young to get a room here.

Wonderful, caring staff in a superior facility. My sister in law has lived here for two years, with a progressive dementia condition. As my wife and I live near Boston in the US, we have been so pleased when we visit, to see the continuity in the staff, who are all engaged in Jill's care plan, and who clearly truely care about every resident and their families. The carers even hold a tablet so we can video-conference with Jill every two weeks, which really helps us stay connected with Jill from a distance.
PS The food is great!

Queens Court is one of the homes I would recommend to everyone, the environment is more than a personal home.
