Birchtree Housing CIC Management Team have been exceptional in their service delivery. I am most impressive with the effectiveness and efficiency in which things, literally anything, is done is a fast turnaround timely fashion – especially regarding personal matters. They are genuinely caring to those that are mostly in need, and attentive in their approach. Communication is key and as such they are very flexible with arrangements and unforeseen circumstances. Truly a well rounded Housing service.
