T. S.Where to even start with how brilliant, professional and life saving Bluebird have been? My elderly father came out of hospital a month ago, very frail and with a lengthy rehabilitation ahead of him. We had some incredibly traumatic experiences with the NHS designated carers (poor/dangerous training, unreliable) but fortunately we had also set up a visiting care timetable with Bluebird. Carly, Michelle & Gloria came to our rescue many times when we were left high and dry and needed Bluebird carers to step in last minute, and responded to our distress/worries with empathy, efficiency and flexibility. The Bluebird carers themselves have all been well trained, experienced, friendly, respectful and conscientious as well as being lovely to spend time with! As we move forward with my dad's rehabilitation it is so good to know there is a top knotch local care agency just a phone call away. Thank you so much to everyone at Bluebird - we are truly grateful!
