T. C.I have worked for bluebird care since 2019, and I can honestly say they have been the best company I have worked for. The team is very supportive. I personally think bluebird care is great when it comes to customer and their care packages as it is tailed made to their needs and requirements. Which makes it great for carers as we can see what we need to do at the customer’s houses. I strongly will be using bluebird care if I ever need it and, I strongly recommended it to family and friends.
P. S.I've been working with Bluebird Care (Ealing) for more than three years. The whole team are friendly and supportive. For example, Villy, VJack and Dean. I'm very grateful to them for helping me to overcome my weakness. Working Bluebird has enabled me to gain essential skills and experience with the support of their continues training and appraisal.
C. A.We used this care provider for a family member and they provided the care that was requested. Living a distance away from my Aunt who was in her 90's, it was good to see that the whole team worked well together ensuring that we knew she was being cared for. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for care. Very professional and were always willing to accommodate any additional requests, even at short notice. Unfortunately my aunt has now moved in to a permanent care home, were she has companionship and other residents to interact with on a daily basis.
